Team can be determine through various words.Some people describe Team as Time,Energy, And Money or Together Everyone Achieve More,Training Education And Management and too many interpretation can be apply for the purpose of influencing subordinates working together to increase productivity in organization.Everyone has a difference kind of ability. Nobody is perfect at all."I can do what you cannot do, you can do what I cannot do. Together we can do great things" -Mother Teressa.That is reality. The organizational strength because of good relationship between leader and subordinates working closely as a big family to achieving goals. A good leader must go down with their people.To push people down, we have to go down with them.That is similar to Kai zen which means involving of people across the organization.Kai zen cannot succeed without participating of all subordinates.Kai Zen means change for the better. Today is better than yesterday.Now is better than the past.
