What is ASK ? Some people says Attitude, Skill and Knowledge (ASK) is a good combination to indicate our intellectualism but to me I prefer to determine in a different way. I will begin with first Knowledge than Skill and Attitude (KAS) in order to translate people's orientation and their way of thinking to achieve the goals in future.Human being must have knowledge to build up skill and to change the attitude in all ways. Knowledgeable person normally will maximized their thinking paradigm to transform the good values for excellence organization.They have high self esteem and always firm with careers.

Firstly: the ability of reading, secondly the ability of hearing, thirdly the ability of writing and fourthly the ability of thinking method which is very essential in the Education System to enhance productivity of the nation wide.

The Education System is a primary factor to shape the nation.Due to that the teaching and learning process should be reviewed from the old method to the current situation in school. Teacher's facing lots of constraints to really focus on pedagogy in the classroom.I still remember during The Late Datuk Dr Syukor Abdullah when he took over the Ministry as Director General (DG), He was introduced three M better known in Malay Menulis, Membaca Mengira, to generate literacy, numeracy and counting as the main basic in education. Almost everyday at least 10 teachers are not in school.It is rarely to get hundred percent of teachers attendance in a year because of the several excuses including MC and health problems. They have to attend the various courses or briefing at the central agency and Education Department.
Credible knowledge
In statistically the percentage of teaching and learning and pedagogy in the classroom does not reach the school syllabus because teachers have to rush here and there to fulfill the assignment or attended meeting regularly at the Ministry.Sometimes I feel we had lost our main objective to develop students performance rather than doing the irrelevant job which is not our core business.This is the real situation in our system today.There are lots of uncorrelated task that enforce teachers to do and to complete the online system beside teaching. How can we easily talk teachers are not capable to do their job satisfactory? I believe they can master the job well if there is no interference and disorders.When talk about credible knowledge that means, it is referring to the education trustworthy in producing erudite scholars with high achievers in all field.
