Due to that,education system must be globalize in all areas to enhance productivity and produce Human Capital in the country.May be one day educators will using smartphone in the classroom to teach and transfer knowledge to the students during teaching hours.The Teaching and Learning process must overhaul from the old pedagogy to the current situation where online system is taking place in education.The number of students in classroom must be reduced to a small population and assistant teachers should be placed in school to help teachers less burden of doing clerical work everyday.We want world class students but sadly our accommodation does not reach the standard of globalization.Let teachers focus on the teaching area without interference with uncorrelated programs and activities from outsiders to maintain good result and to produce high quality of education.
