Education is an essential part in our life. No citizen should be left behind . Everyone has the right to get knowledge. In school we are responsible to educate students and develop their mind set , build good personality and shape their performance to contribute to nation building . Our task is to train them to be polite to teachers and fellow students. School administrators play a vital role to fulfill students' needs and the people's expectations towards our system . We should not hamper their future with our wrong teaching. A real teacher diagnose like a doctor who will determine the symptoms before giving treatment to their patients. A medical specialist will consult their patient by asking some questions to diagnose the kind of disease for further treatment. We too, must be able to treat our students with good manners to ensure they like school, love their teachers and strive academically, in co curriculum as well as sports for the betterment of their future . As a true educator , the main role of teachers is to produce a generation of useful young people with high performance, good morale, charisma , integrity and knowledge . A real teacher loves the job sincerely. Teachers will design and shape the future of students. We can identify a gifted and talented student through their involvement and performance in school activities and co curriculum as part of the academic achievement.

Encourage and support
Our students come from various background and social status . Some of them do not receive any attention from their parents because of family problems . They need care and love from home to help them in their studies. Parents' support is like a catalyst to the kids in achieving their results. Some of the students who come from low income family may have financial problems . This situation should be tackled prudently by the school authorities to ensure they have an opportunity to continue studying. We must encourage and support our students to study diligently and score good grades in their examinations and guide them to choose affordable courses at any University or College, local or abroad .
