Education is an important tool for prosperity of life.Mandela said; "Education is a most powerful weapon that you can use to change the world". That's true. Those who can conquer knowledge and master an information and technology widely they can change people.We may ask ourselves what kind of students we want to produce? What kind of teachers and educators we need to fulfilling the nation wide?The answer is exactly through proper learning and teaching in school.Teaching profession become harmful to the students if we fail to improving our work successfully.The major factors of education is to develop Human Capital through knowledge,skill and competence to face a competitive challenging in a global world. We are on the right track to establish our education system broadly.Our education philosophy clearly approaching to develop human ability base on physically, emotionally ,spiritually and intellectually, familiar known JERI.This is the foundation of education system in the country.
Continuous improvement
When we are discussing about continuous improvement in learning organization,we should involve everyone in the system to share their dreams, express their inspiration and the most important thing the awareness of teachers in educating students to the right way.Continuous improvement means,every person in the organization are taking part and working together as a big family to achieve goals.The organizational improvement cannot be achieve successfully without close cooperation among people.The strength of organization because of a good team work.Leadership position must be clean and clear from misbehaviour to attract people love their job.The leader with trustworthy and sincerity treat people equally without prejudice.Leaders with professional honesty always concern on organization objective to produce good result and satisfaction of work.
Change attitude
The important of Leadership is more dominance in influencing people to make a paradigm change. If your followers tend to the negative way, than we should change our attitude.Leaders should be able to read the situation in all angles.This is very true in our daily working hours.People will follow good leaders who can deliver what they had promised and taking care to them.The excellence leadership is a main indicator to generate high productivity in organization.The excellence teachers will deliver excellence students because teachers character is a real example to all children in school.It is impossible to improving our work successfully without changing our attitude to go down with them.Teachers must go classroom and teach them properly.Don't talk about improvement if we can't fulfilling our proficiency objectively.
