Muslim people across the globe celebrates the Idil Adha today (October 15, 2013) equivalent to 10 Zulhijjah 1434H where millions of people gathering Haj in Mecca.Haj is the fifth pillars in Islam.Every Muslim should perform Haj at least once in a life time to fulfilling the duty to Allah swt, if they have enough funding and good health in physically and mentally.Islam does not encourage people who were disable and poor to performe their Haj.
Pilgrimage season
Every year during the pilgrimage season, millions of Muslims turn out around the world from difference races, ethnics, cultures and various historical background were mixed together beyond level of status and boundaries.Allah purely Great.They were wearing two pieces of white clothing without sewing , covering their bodies while praying to Allah The Almighty with tearing " Oh Allah, we came to you , we only worship to Allah and we heard your words" Labbaikallah hummalabaik, Labbaikala Syarikala Kalabbaik" currently each land in Arafah full of crowds waiting for 'Wukuf" and performing Zohor prayer together while listening the important lectures (Khutbah Arafah) by the Imam.This is the climax of Haj where Hujjah from Mecca moving toward to Arafah for a night on Monday 9 Zulhijjah 1434H before they moved to Muzdalifa and Mina for throwing pebbles at Jamrat for three days.
Situation in Arafah
Allah says in the Holy Qur'an Haj means stay in Arafah.The situation in Arafah during Wukuf so touching and tearing.Its very difficult to describe by any words how peaceful and glorious feelings totally enfolding our heart.This is not a traditional rally but more philosophy purely connecting to each Muslim when they leave the world to meet Allah swt Hereinafter. Who will help you beside Allah .Oh Allah, If you were to take me, Take it in easy death Ya Allah.
History of Haj
The history of Haj early began when Allah swt was instructed His Messenger, Ibrahim as (p.b.u.h) and his son Ismail as (p.b.u.h) at a dry valley desert in Mecca.They were asked by Allah to built a House of Worship (Kaaba) to call people for Haj.Kaaba is a direction for Solah to all Muslim around the world. Every Muslim must turned their face to Kaaba and not worship to the black stone as what non Muslim assumed on it. Al Qur'an was really authentic book of Allah that recorded every single word without missing and related to all people. Glorious to Allah .Subhanallah.
