The role of principal is very important in all kind of school development.Principal as a head in school should think all possible angle to ensure the teaching and learning process will not retarded because of failure and poor management.Hardly to say we face a lots of constraint to manage the school infrastructure during a year because of very limited financial.Every year we will receive per capita grant from the Ministry of Education base on the number of students for each school.I am not going to make any comment on that particular subject because everyone of us already aware on it.
Alternative source
We must find alternative source to overcome the problem.Principal must alert of school facilities at all time.Safety and security of students cannot be compromise with any reason to justify our problem. We have learn from the past, if the tragedy occurred in school,many fingers will pointing to the school administration and blaming us because they assumed we do not take any possible action to avoid the incident occurs.That is Malaysian typical attitude.The Principal will answerable to the whole process in school.
Good support
We are lucky because our community very concern about school progress.Currently Sinar Bintang Secondary School (SMKSB@STAR) receiving second wind of school facilities from various bodies surrounding us. Dato'Melvin Loh (ex student) kindly donating 6 pairs of air condition for school and Department of Works just finished restored the lightening Insulator to the whole building.Several classes and washroom also upgrading properly for the convenience of students.To all my beloved boys and girls, Please take care and love your school always.I do belief our students really love their school as a beautiful place to study.
