Qualified Leader

When we discuss about qualified its means to measure our ability and capability of work to deliver good services to the people.The qualified people always generates himself or herself with knowledge and never stop thinking to improve performance in life. Students at The University should not complacent with the Degree in Bachelor, Masters or PhD because the learning process is never ending.Mastery our knowledge through reading,comparative study, seminars or talks about social interest which is circulating around us is part of our responsibility to the people.In this new era the technology developing fantastically in all areas.The civilization change because of the qualified leader.Today SAMSUNG become the top industries in Korea which is established all over the world.Korea is a modern country rich of  new technologies and  innovations in all sectors like Japan. They want to industrialize the country like Japan.  Shipping, automobile industry and electronics growth too fast in a global market.Today Samsung is bigger than Apple and Sonny.This progress because they learn everything and they work hard to develop their country.

Acquired knowledge 

The key success in life is to gain knowledge in all fields.The early civilization begin in Arab Peninsula where the greatest library in Cordoba Spain, Baghdad Iraq was established as a center of knowledge in the Muslim world.The early civilization starts here.The European studied Arabic language for the purpose of getting knowledge in the early history.In those days  Europe  still in the dark ages.There are lots  of  Muslim Scientist such as Aveccine, Al Kindi, Al Farabi  were discovered  the Islamic Science for the past century.Islam came through knowledge- IQRA'  that means to read. Education is about acquiring knowledge.The qualified leader must have the latest knowledge to shape the character of people.We also need the knowledgeable society to develop our country in all fields. Leaders with quality and good character always thinking on futuristic to  modernize  organization in all areas.The qualified leader is  a visionaries person  who really  work  to achieve the goals timely.

Knowledge worker

If we want to be like Korea, Japan, Taiwan or other developing countries, we must learn the good values through them and transfer into  our work culture.The most important thing is our attitude.Organization progress because of the good understanding and fully commitment from workers to realize dreams.The Kai zen concept should be totally implement in our organization to deliver good service to the people.If we want to change our people we have to go down with them.People really appreciate and trust this type of leadership. Another point is to ensure our country are peaceful and safe at all time. This is very important to invite investors to our country to invest their properties in all sectors. I quoted  Peter Druker " The management of knowledge workers is a marketing job" And in marketing one does not begin with a question "what do we want?" One begins with the questions: What does the other party want? What are its values? What are its goal? What does it consider results "?
