Open Mind Policy

What is open mind policy? Are we the true open mind leaders? How to indicate the character and leadership style of our leaders? Most leaders claim that they have an open door policy but followers assuming in a different way.If we are really have an open mind that means we are honest welcome people to our office with comments,suggestions or complaints on our leadership management.How many people are sincerely like to be critics rather than praises?This is about integrity and dignity of the leaders in organization.Naturally people very difficult to accept critics or warning about leadership character because the Boss is always right.There are one thing that we should ask ourselves. Are we going to manage organization objectively or just to work for the Boss? This is part of the phenomena we face in managing the organization.We should change the phrase "Boss is always right" to the "Boss is always concern" to their people.

Organization first

The organization progress because of teamwork and good collaboration between leaders and followers. Leadership management is an important factor in inspiring people to do the job successfully. Due to that leaders must have knowledge, skills, experience and competencies to organize organizational environmental effectively.Leaders with open mind policy always concern people's view to improve the organizational chart in all sectors.They do not afraid of complaints and critics from outsiders because they have an open mind to discuss the issue wisely.The Leaders with open mind always positive and constructive in all action and never give up to inspire people to achieve goals.They treat people fairly and justice to all  subordinates.The priority first come to develop and modernized organization as an excellence work place to deliver good service to all people.Leaders with open mind policy is approachable person and respect others.People will appreciate  leaders when they feel valued.They are struggle very hard and sacrifice themselves to achieve the goals.
