Change lethargic to Energetic

The excellence of organization is closely related to the leadership and management.The successful leader always thinking on organization movement in all aspects.They used multiple strategic planning and tactical operation  to modernize  organization for the better learning.The character and attitude of leadership is an icon to the school communities whether He or She is really deliver what they had promise or just only talk without any action had been taken.Leaders must take fully responsibility to his job. As a true leaders we must encourage ourselves with good spirit and energetic in mentally, physically and spiritually to serve people as long as we can.The main role of leadership is to change the paradigm shift  from lethargic to energetic organization. The position of leader in organization like a commander of flight.The main focus of commander is to ensure the aircraft will departure and landing safely at destination timely. Due to that, the leader should be able to read the situation and to consider all possible angles to transform the idea into reality.

Theory to Practicality

There are lot of theory has been discussed on leadership and management by writers or the great authors all over the world.Too many books was described about leadership and management in organization, company or school to enhance workers or employees love to come to work. The excellent leader very concern to the workers.The true leaders will shape  the true  followers.They work sincerely and enthusiastically to enhance organization for  profitability.In the school context, our main core is to transfer students and teachers  mind set to think beyond the scope of teaching and learning organization.The genuine leaders respect others.They do not smile in front but at the same time kick down behind.The organization will collapse because of this kind of leadership.The challenging in teaching and learning become tougher and complicated in a global world.The 21 Century is a challenging era for us.The world today like a small village because of  technology progress in all sectors.Therefore leaders must have knowledge and advanced information to strengthen our character and credibility to lead and to manage people wisely.

Modernize teaching

The spearheading in technology will influencing our thinking, our action and lifestyles in all aspects.The teaching and learning should be modernize to attract students to learn effectively.We should change the old method of teaching and learning from theoretical approach to practicality to encourage students learning positively.The classroom management should be reshuffled for conducive learning. Can we imaging the effectiveness  of  learning with more than forty students in the classroom every time? This is part of  the constrain which is circulating and never ending in our school system for a decade until now.The teachers never complain the difficulties in teaching and learning process.They never give up and struggle hard to ensure their students will get good result at the end of the year.They all dedicated to teach and to educate students patiently for their better future.Thank you teachers who are really committed and responsible to change students performance from lethargic children to energetic learning.The aura of organization starts with good leaders to translate their vision into reality.
