The Current Reality of Learning

What is learning and what is studying? Is it different between these two words? What kind of  children should we produce to fulfilling the nation needs? What type of teachers should we produce to enhance the school organization? What is the actual character of the Principal to lead school effectively? Why people are not satisfied with the school today? Do we realized that the people always focusing  their eyes to the school performance in all field? Why they skeptics on our integrity and ability of work? We may sincerely asked ourselves and make  deeply self assessment to enhance our personality and credibility as a good teachers and Educators in school. Whether it is just an assumption or really true that is different matter.Public expectations to our school system is very high at all the times. Are we going to blame the education system because of lack of  knowledge and information  we have? Or are we just ignore  with the school development at all ? What is the best formula or  secret recipe to solve this matter? This is several stereotypes we face in school today.

Good teachers

Good teachers is the main key to transfer knowledge and to build up students skill during the teaching and learning process.Good teachers always concern on students development especially in academic achievement.Good teachers is a role model in all aspects.Students usually respect and  trust knowledgeable teachers  beside good character and polite to them.Good teachers is an epitome of excellence school.The erudite students begins with erudite teachers.In conjunction with the education blue print, transformation in teaching and learning is rapidly change in all areas.The Ministry of Education must play an important role to select teachers with a specific requirements not just only based on academic achievement they have.Reality in school, there are a few teachers who really fail to fulfill their responsibility to teach and to educate students wisely. Please do not get involve with the school system if you don't really interested in teaching .This kind of the government servant should not be in the education system because they will retard the school progress.The school organization slowly become lethargic and collapse because of irresponsible person.The school administration not only responsible to the teachers but to the whole system in school to ensure the teaching and learning process run smoothly.

Burden to the school 

I make an analyzing to identify the characters and behaviour of a few teachers in my school who really make it simplify not to come to school for duty .It is rarely to see the school teachers with full attendance (100%) in a year. At least in average ten teachers are not in school everyday.They get involve with the various program and activities conducting by The Ministry or Department of Education which is obligatory to all teachers.This is reality happen in school every time. A few teachers having  unstable emotion with long depression.They always absence and taking medical leaves just for the purpose of having minor problem, even though  one day before the school will start holidays.We face a lot of dilemma  in managing this type of people in school and surely this issue will keep repeating and never ending from year to year. It is very difficult to manage people with the low of awareness and less of commitment to do their job successfully in school.The Principal always stress on that particular issue during staff meeting, teachers should not give burden to the school administration due to their own business.This is part of the current reality of learning in school today.
