The word sincere is really too subjective.Many people claim they are sincere to their work. Sincerity actually cannot be evaluate and judge to indicate our work, but normally we can see through our attitude or action to do the work well.Sincerity is very close to our heart. What we do,what we say and what we react comes from our heart.Never mentioned you are sincere to the people. You just do it your work functionally, let the people assess you.Teach our heart to be clear from the bad things. Educate our heart to think positively to our careers.The epitome of excellence is synonymously to the leadership management in organization. If we are really sincere to our job, people will appreciate and recognize us. They will follow and trust the leader who are honest to the people.

There are so many types of leadership in organizations.The character and personality of the leaders is mirroring to organization.Due to that, leaders is an important figure to realize the vision wisely.There are so many theories on leadership has been discuss widely in journals and authors across the globe to generate the organization outcome. The most important factors, leaders must have knowledge besides experience and capability to translate the vision into reality.Leaders have authorized to make decision and conclusion to their organization.The true leaders always thinking futuristic and enthusiastic to change paradigm of work. Many organizations collapse because of lethargic leadership managements. The strength or weaknesses depend on leadership style.The great leaders can change the organization mood to be happy and cheerful place to work.Leaders must have intellectual honesty and professional dignity to maintain the people trust.

Through my genuine experience as a worker, servant ,head of unit and section at several places in Ministry and Education Department for few years ago, knowledge,skill and competencies is very important to all leaders.How we inter prate the organizational situation to overcome the problem.The most important thing is to deliver good services to the people. Another point is to differentiate between instruction and discretion to the staff in organization wisely.It is really difficult to idealize our action without bias among hundreds of staff. The genuine leaders can make a difference. They are normally very particulars in that area to ensure nobody will influence them in making proper decision.
Professional versus emotional
The great leader usually can differentiate between professional and emotional to judge the followers eruditely.They treat the people with justice and fair without prejudice. The leader with this kind of attitude will responsible to the people and taking care their followers. Organization will be retard and slowly collapse if the leader failed to conduct the human resource well to form unity in the organization.Leadership management truly shaping the character and organization behavioral in all aspects. Therefore leaders must know to read the situation before taking any possible action to solve the problem.Good leaders will go down with their people to achieve the goals.People really respect leaders with humble,less protocol,friendly, approachable and sincere to his job.
