The main factors of Principal or Head Teacher in school is to transfer the culture and environment for affordable and conducive studying.Principal as a key personal in school are responsible to the whole process from the smallest issue to the biggest problem. As a head of department, Principal is answerable to the school administration, management budget and school financing, curriculum instructional, co curricular, sport , infrastructure, asset, staff, teachers and workers especially the school guards doing their job timely.The excellence school because of good teamwork among members in the organization.The image of school is depend on the Principal aura.Normally the school development is identical to the leadership management. The power of change mainly from leaders because they have authority to make shift to change peoples mind set. The critical pedagogy in school because of lack classroom management by the teachers especially the young graduates teachers.This is the real situation happen in school today.The school management will take serious action to overcome this issue to ensure the teaching and learning process not effected in the long term.

What is our aims
Leaders with visionary and enthusiastic view have a framework to realize their aims. They usually work base on planning and strategic frame to achieve the result.There are several categories of leadership management in organization.We have already established the Instructional leadership, operational leadership,collaborative leadership ,cultural leadership,spiritual and ethical leadership in communities.In school organization, the principal is free to use the strategy and approach to realize the vision objectively. To maintain the school culture and students mind set, we have to look at all possible angles to justify the weaknesses, strength,opportunity and threat to overcome the issue wisely.In conjunction with the Education Blue Prints (2013-2025) Government has already set up directions to transform the teaching and learning process to face the challenging in a global world.We may asked where are we compare to the world education system today?
Self assessment
The successful or failure are closely to our attitude, manners and discipline of work.We should not pointing fingers to others because of our weaknesses.The good leaders always concern on organization development in all areas especially in academic performance as a symbol of excellence in school.Due to that, we must have an assessment and post mortem to identify the area of weaknesses and strength of our school termly and annually.The successful result because of good relationship among staff and teachers working together as a big family to realize the school vision.Leaders should read the situation before taking any possible action to solve the issue wisely.To me leadership appearance is a vital pillars to transform the organization into reality.There is no justification to justify our duty to manage our organization effectively.
