The above topic is trying to discuss about leadership which is very close connecting to the heart rather than the head when it come to working with our subordinates in organization. Generally we cannot change people unless we first move them with emotion.This is the true situation we had face in school or any public service everyday. Why students does not listen when the teaching and learning process in the classroom? The answer because some teachers fail to touch their emotion politely.Normally when we went to teach, we does not bother the students emotion. Take a few minutes to communicates with them before start teaching.This is very important factor to attract your clients to love and hear you. Psychologically people needs your attention to reduce their burden.The good leader is a kind person and responsible to the follower.If we think our people are negative, we should better change our attitude to improve our work.It is impossible to improve our work without change.The role of leader is to ensure organization on the right track and well organized. A visionary leader always thinking futuristic and enthusiastic to uphold the people's trust.
Honest to work
Life is too fragile. No one can guarantee they will live long in this world. When comes our time we will leave everything.The whole body just covered by three layers of clothes.That's reality in life, no one can't escape from death. All assets and property belong to the family and relatives. Nothing to carry along with us to the grave except three important things: your useful knowledge, your charity to the people and your virtuous children that always pray for you. Therefore once the opportunity has been given to us, we must hold it properly to fulfill our duty maximally. The virtuous leader is an asset to the organization and the real icon to the follower. They show good example through his personality leadership to commit others work sincerely for the country.The good leader treat people with the heart not the head. The organization become harmful and slowly down because of leadership failure.The leader with honesty value, leading the organization base on integrity and fear to God at all times.The good leaders are able to educate their heart to the right doing in all aspect.They do not take advantage for personal interest although they have lots of chances to do it.May Allah The Almighty always grant and protect us from misleading,wrongdoing and malpractice in life . Ameen.
