What kind of students we want to produce ? Of course we want students with quality and high performance to nurture the country . We also demand the quality of teachers and administrators to organize school smoothly. To realize our dreams , we need to change our style , attitude , perception and views from the old method to futuristic vision. Leadership style according circumstances will produce a successful outcome . The leader with high enthusiasm will influence followers working together as a good team to translate school vision into reality. SMK Sinar Bintang Secondary school aims to achieve excellent results in PMR and SPM . We have set up target 40 candidates with straight A's in PMR and 20's SPM . I belief we can improve the overall percentage in quality and quantity achievement this year.

Students successful in academic and good morale values is our agenda . Our duty is to develop young generation and preparing knowledge , skill, and competence for the better future. Teachers role not only teaching in the classroom but the most important thing how we can guide and consult our pupils to choose the right field work which is related to their interest. This is our tasks. In school we train them in various way. They have an opportunity to explore multiple talent through school activities such ; communication skill, good speaker, leadership management , organizing club and sports . All these activities will enhance their mind and encouraging potential to decide what they want to be .
