Education is a great journey never ending until the end of our breathe.

School is a premise where students getting knowledge in various fields and discipline . In school students will learn how to build up their skill and enhancing the potential of mind to be a useful citizen . Young people is an asset that will shape the country in future. The Ministry of Education had spend lot of money to provide school needs in all areas. The budget 232.8 billion was announced by the Prime Minister Dato' Sri Mohd Najib Tun Razak during Parliament Assembly in October 2011.

He stressed on education development with focusing on Education Transformation Program (ETP) . ETP is part of government transformation agenda which include National Key Results Area (NKRA) to produce human capacity building with higher income . This is not a new policy but a key performance indicator (KPI) approach to make a difference in all government agencies. The slogan people first should be implement seriously to ensure we reach our aims to be a glorious nation.

School Management

The important of school as a place in educating students and nurturing their life should be realized to all people . School itself cannot stand alone without peoples participation to achieve the program. Therefore we need a good relationship with Parent Teacher Association (PTA) for students benefit. The Principal play an important role to ensure school atmosphere always conducive , affordable and convenience for learning and teaching process . It is easier to say but quite difficult to implement because the school environment consist lot of constraint that must be tackle carefully, peacefully and harmony for prosperity to all kids .


We are dealing with human, teachers and thousand of pupils , infrastructure , academic performance, co curricular and discipline to assure school are safe at all times. Leaders must be able to solve the problems with a good governance in all sectors such as managing school financing with high integrity, use authority with a proper manner and respect subordinates as a clients. Leaders must have good personality , caring , smart (specific, measurable, achievable, reliable & time bound) and one step ahead than followers. Good leaders treat people with clean heart and trustworthy to do the job successfully. Leaders with a good governance always introspect himself through self assessment to justify the strength and weaknesses . Leaders with high integrity always show a good practices in their job.

Type of clients

Do all the good you can. In all the ways you can. In all the places you can. At all the time you can. To all the people you can. As long as you can ( John Wesley). I quoted the phrase with a sense of belonging to transfer our school paradigm with a good manner . Every organization exists to serve clients. We should know what they want and what they expect from us ? Every customer have their own style. Some of them look very demanding, steady, compliant, complaining and the angry clients. Principal and teachers must have knowledge and skill to deal with people .
