In any other organization, leaders will shape the future. Success or failed depend on leadership movement . The capability of leaders to change paradigm with transformation in the organization from bad to good will influence the results. When we study and make observation why Japan and Korea growing very fast in developing their country because they are very concern about people's attitude , discipline manner , high integrity and satisfied with their work. The biggest company and industry trained people to be a professional workers. We are not focusing on economic progress because Japan just wakes up from earthquake disasters but we must accept the fact that Japan and Korea is a model country with high integrity workers .
School Leadership shape students
The successful leadership is a key performance indicator in school . In this contect leader should be able to change the environment and creates school culture , transform their character into attitudes and finally to good behavior. As a leader , we must show a good treatment and respect our clients (teachers and students) through a positive lens. In the other hand we don't ever lie with smile up and kick down . We should display our honesty to every one at all the times. I believed we can deliver a good results especially in academic performance , curricular activities and discipline wise in order to shape students in future .
