The leadership management is a major function to the organization , political bodies and Non Government Organization (NGO) to stabilize the country in peace and harmony. There are so many theories regarding leadership management, but not all theory can be implement to overcome the issue. Leaders must know to read the situation and the people's constraint in order to ensure they can continue good life to support the family.The leader with good vision will inspiring people to work for the country. The good leader practicing a noble values to bring up the people trust especially in generating high income or per capita to the country. Generally the successful or unsuccessful nation or organization is depend on leadership style. We had learn from history for the past several decades, the victories and the fall of countries because of leadership mismanagement. It is very close relation with the leadership management. Therefore leader is an important figure who can change the culture and to transform the nation wisely.
Middle East Crisis
The world today are not safe and people live in afraid and trauma especially in the middle east. Arabian peninsula and Yemen in critical crisis, Syrian refugees more than million crossing the border to Turkey everyday because of war. Israel and Palestine in turbulent zone which is never ever ending since the Jews migrated to the Palestinian land and later claimed theirs.Iraq and Libya are still not stable although Saddam Hussein and Muammar Gaddafi was killed. Those who are against the policy of the superpower country they will get "punishment" by them. Iraq and Libya were totally damage because of invasion and arrogant of power. This is a real world today. Bombing the Mosque and the holy places such as happening in Kuwait last Friday killing many people are part of the tragedy. Why people look crazy and sarcastic killing every where? Why should this happen to the majority Muslim communities? The children and elders in Syria are in critical hunger of food and drink. They live in a small tents without proper facilities to continue life. Lack of education and million children are under nourished. The world is rapidly change widely.The information overload in all aspects of life but sadly technology is using to discriminate the poor people. Beside crisis, million of people are suffering from various kind of disease because do not have enough food,clean water supply and nutrient.
Human Made

According to World Hunger Program, one child dies every five seconds from hunger and there are 936 million people do not have enough food to eat. The political stability in the country is an asset for nation building to assure the good life and the better future. Therefore the world leaders must find the best solution to strengthen relationship between the countries for the young generation. Less talk and do more action to reduce tense and safe the world from disasters.

The country cannot generate income because of unstable condition. The development will retard and collapse. There are no investment and trading between the countries because it too risky to the investors. This happen to the third world country where people are suffering in the long run to get enough food.
