The main objective of education is to prepare the young people with knowledge,skills and competence for the better future. Education is like a weapon to all people in the world.Education can change our lifestyles, social  and culture. The indicator of civilization is based on percentage of  receiving proper education among people in the country. In the long term education will become an investment in all sectors. The country needs intellectual and specialist human resource to develop the nation.There are lots of opportunities to the people who are really interested to participate  in nation building. The school leavers must not waste their chances to choose the right course at the Higher Education which is available to the  world market.The most important factors is that graduates  must perform well in their fields as an epitome of successful job career. The Intellectual behaviour values is referring to intellectual abilities and problem solving which is closely related to professional honesty and high integrity of work.

Discipline and culture

Discipline and culture is a crucial factors to realize our aims.In school we have trained our students with various program and activities besides teaching and learning to uphold the integrity and self awareness to achieve the goals. Education is actually a platform to change our thinking perspective, looking towards to the world challenging in all sectors of living.Knowledge and skills is an assets to the people but knowledge and skills without discipline does not much help people to produce good job. The productivity of services comes together with discipline and  ability of workers through their commitment and responsibility to serve people.The intellectual behaviour values considering all kind of  traits such as managing time properly, use every single cents of  financial for organization beneficently, honest to the followers, sincere to organization, doing good to others and never ever abusing power for own self interest.There are lots of irregularities and wrong doing in organization concerning financial management.I am not specifying to anyone but randomly corruptions and misuse of power quite often involving leaders,workers and managers in government office  or private sectors.

Economic growth

The intellectual behaviour values is like a catalyst in order to guide people to generate more income per capital for country. The stability of our currency and economic growth depends on world rate exchange.The other factors is political stability in the country to attract investors to invest their properties and transfer technologies in all sectors such as hotel industries, agriculture, infrastructures, banking, auto mobile, factories and various kind of investment. The good bilateral relationship among countries may enhance commodity exchange and raising import export. Due to that the country needs the credible human capital in all sectors to contribute the idea for the nation.Human capital is primary factors to develop country in all field because they have specialist skills of knowledge, good personality attributes, trustworthy, quality and innovation to produce high economic value. Indeed, the intellectual behaviour values is the main core to transform the work culture as a symbol of successful country,otherwise we are still in status quo.
