Razali dies
FORMER Selangor player Razali Alias, 51, died at the Selayang Hospital yesterday due to Hepatitis B.
Razali, a midfielder who was in the Selangor side that won the Malaysia Cup in 1982, 1984 and 1986, will be buried at the Bukit Cerakah Muslim Cemetery in Puncak Alam, Shah Alam today.
Razali's son Mohd Raqib, 26, said his father -- who was admitted a week ago, died at 2.25pm yesterday.
"During a medical check up, the doctor had confirmed that my father's kidneys had failed," he said when contacted.
Razali played alongside the likes of Mokhtar Dahari, R. Arumugam and Zainal Abidin Hassan during his Selangor career.
