One of the major function when you are appointed as a chief, leader, manager or principal you have to make sure you are capable to do the job well . You have to plan and framing your organization always excellence in all angles. This is a very tough job to uphold the integrity of your school. To be a good principal you need to fulfill yourself with knowledge, skill, experience and competencies to enhance the job run smoothly . Dealing with people or subordinate is the important part of your communication skill to make sure they support you. They will work together with you as a spirit de corps . The leader with a good character treat others with positive lens. They don't smile up and kick down. Character means attitude. Attitude will show your actual behavior in a daily life. People will trust the leader with high integrity, sincere and good morale. All these kind of traits should be implement by the principal. Principal are responsible to the school development in all areas. They have to build up the student awareness and the importance of knowledge, prepare them to be a useful citizen to achieve the human capacity building for the country.
