Attended the course on TATATERTIB conducted by Unit Tatatertib JPN WP KL for several principals from KL and Putrajaya . This course was held on 19-21 October at The Hotel Kuala Lumpur International .This course was given by the officer from Ministry Of Education regarding the rule and regulations of work. As a principal we were face a lot of constraint such as ; The school infrastructure , student affair , relationship with the parent , academic performance, co curriculum, human resource and how to manage the school fun objectively to ensure all the programs run smoothly. The principal as a leader, manager or chief (CEO) in school hold the important post should be able to convince people (subordinate) to do the job well.
