The main objective of education is to prepare the young people with knowledge,skill and competence for the better future. School as a formal institution are responsible to develop students mindset, changing the environment and set up the clear goals for them to achieve the good result in their education. As a teacher we have play our role to guide and teach them base on curriculum and syllabus which was sat up by the Ministry of Education for more than two decade ago. Teaching and learning profession is very tough and difficult job especially in this global world where every people easy to assess with the internet. They can collect more information from the various source for their enrichment of knowledge. In that case, we as a teacher are encouraging to read more, do a homework and capable to answer the questions from student. Fall and up down school is depending on the awareness from all school citizen.
