The main objective of education is to prepare the young people with knowledge, skills and competence for the better future.The Principal is responsible to change the school culture in all areas. The academic performance, co curricular achievement and beautiful environment as an epitome of excellence organization.Naturally people like beauty and serenity atmosphere to inspiring their motivation of work.The beautiful and clean environment is part of the educational process to enhance the teaching and learning process effectively. Leadership style is an indicator of successful organization. The leader with energetic and strategic thinking is truly efficient to achieve the vision.
Leadership style
Leadership style is one of the important factors to transform the school culture to attract students love to studying. Education is part of life. Without proper education people may suffering for the whole life. There are lots of theory on leadership management was discussed by the author but not all the theory can be implementing successfully in organizations. It's depend on the culture and the current situation that really happen in organization. The theory is just a guideline to support our action.Actually leaders are not tighten to a certain theory,the most important thing is the implementation wise to ensure organization in the right track. The wisdom is part of leadership style to ensure the organization functioning well and benefits to all people.
Leadership traits
Education is a noble profession to shape human's future. The school responsible to educate young generation through the teaching and learning process and skills development involving in activity co-curricular, sport and club uniform bodies for human capital development. The leader must have personal mastery about knowledge,skills, experience, capability to manage the job functionally. Due to that leaders should be able to transform the good values to shape the school culture as an epitome of successful learning institution.
