Education is a major part of life.Without proper education,people may be suffering and live in the dark age along their life.Everything begins in school as a center of knowledge.The students, teachers and organization culture is conducive and affordable place for human capital development through the learning and teaching process. My perspective view of education in future may be difference with some educators and leaders who are totally involve in the education mainstream. We are talking on reputation and the school achievement but we forget to look at the real current situation that is really happen in school.The daily school especially are facing lots of constraint where majority students unable to speak and write in Malay language and History may effected to the school result in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or PT3. Both subjects Bahasa Melayu and Sejarah are compulsory in SPM.The teaching and learning process become more tougher because of this situation but teachers never ever give up to transfer the knowledge to their students.

Learning is a process of accumulating knowledge or in a similar words is to study but both are different meaning.Learning is a long journey process to human being and never ending in life.We may ask ourselves what is the actual concept of education that can change people's thinking ? Education is actually a tools to develop human capital, shaping their future and the most crucial things is to build the culture and civilization through teaching and learning process.Each subject is closely related to each other. In Science and Geography for example, when the teacher is trying to explain about natural disaster, it means she is teaching the process of climate change that causes extreme heat and long drought.Why the whether could be change like this? The answer because of human made.People are greedy cutting the hill for money.The forest broadness become smaller,shrinking and extinct because of illegal logging. In school we were ask to teach our students be polite with the ecosystem to safe the earth from disasters.The world today are not fully safe because of human activities in all sectors causes lots of disposal materials and waste products which is influencing our life.Learning is about concerning the attitude and thinking paradigm. There are nothing much can do if we are unable to transform the way of thinking.

Morale and ethics
Beside teaching and learning process, the school are responsible in building the character and morale values through various programs and activities in co-curriculum. They were been train to be a leader with good morale as an epitome of erudite students.Everything begins in school.The Principal and teachers are working together as a team to realize the school vision. The school management are responsible to uphold the integrity and identity of our students by showing them the right doing and the wrongdoing.We do hope the public will not simply pushing their problem to the school without proper reason.The school administration was doing the best to shape our students manner and behaviour for the better future.Today after 5 decades learning experience , we have to transform our teaching and learning approach from learned to taught. We want our young people looking ahead in order to generate mindset, focusing on high order thinking skill (Hots) for survival in a competitive world. Thinking paradigm is a process of enhancing our mindset beyond territory and boundaries not to be like a frog under a coconut shell.If we are afraid to move forward it is difficult to achieve our vision.Thinking out of box or otherwise we are irrelevance to the world.
