Temper and emotional influencing our life.Temper is a state of mind or emotion to become easily angry and irritable. Our blood pressure will increase and of course will effected to all organ in human body especially our cardiovascular system. The blood circulation forcing our heart beat working faster than usual.Deep emotional is bad for life.Healthy and wealthy mind can protected our body from all kind of disease, physically and mentally. There are too many ways to keep our life healthy. Firstly think to be positive and dismiss all the negative word.Crying can make us look fresh and calm down our emotional feeling because the burden was release from our mind. The Religious practitioners always spend their time around three quarter of the day night to ask Allah through prayer. Return to Allah when we had lost the way.Tell to Allah all our problem and may Allah helping us to strengthening our faith.Allah is the ONE who can turned our heart to the straight path.As slave,we should not forget to communicate to Allah not only during prayer time but at all the time since our mind,body and soul are still functioning well. May Allah swt grant us and protect every single Muslim from fire.

Do not letting our mind thinking useless and fulfilling our daily work with meaningful activities to strengthen our mind. Doing good to others give comfort to our health.Train ourselves to be jovial and cheerful to make it life is easy.This may help us to reduce burden.Why should we put ourselves under pressure? In certain cases, pressure is good to remind subordinates doing the job professionally. The leader are responsible to manage their people wisely and do not creating tense in a work place.The major focus of a leader is to overcome the problem rather than finding the fault.Extreme Temper and emotional can harmful our health. Restless and stress will enforce our mind conditions unstable.People cannot differentiate between rational and fact once the brain increase of high blood pressure.The Central Nervous System (CNS) may not be functioning to coordinates impulse to the whole body.That's why people with high temper conditions will lost all consideration. Sometimes the brain function is abnormal.The artery and vein may be burst due to the hypertension.If the situation beyond control people will collapse and the heart will stop breathing.Trying to avoid anger because it is really dangerous and suffering in life.
