I was reported duty as a Principal of SMK DANAU KOTA since March 16 , 2009 nearly around three years a go . When I was first came I felt quite shock with the school surrounding, the academic performance, students behavior and relationship with the PTA Association were not in a good manner. Now days SMK DANAU KOTA getting improve at all fields such as, students performance, school infrastructure and have a good relation with the PTA for the benefits of pupil's. The present PTA chaired by Dr. Ramzan Abdul Ghaffur is very concern with the school programs. We work together with a proper plan to build up the people's trust.

The PMR results shows increase with 12 candidates score's straight A's . Last year (2010- 9 ). The overall passes also up to 66.25 (last year 65.22) and School Average Grade (GPS) in the rank of 2.92 ( last year 3.02) . Selamat maju jaya kepada pelajar yang berjaya mendapat semua A dan kepada calon-calon yang mendapat 7A,1B , 6A, 2B jangan cepat putus asa, anda masih mempunyai peluang yang cerah untuk berjaya dalam peperiksaan SPM nanti.
