Pengurusan dan Kecemerlangan Organisasi

Last Thursday May 21 I was presented a paper for In Service Training session to the teachers regarding Management and Excellence Organisation in school. This is a good platform to share knowledge and transfer the idea for the school development in all fields.

The Role of Principals

In school, principal has a vital roles to ensure the organization run smoothly. The Principal is responsible to manage their school in a good manner, safe and conducive for learning activities. There are various function of Principals such as Supervisor, Evaluator,Observer ,Monitor,Leader,Manager,Motivator,Counselor ,Moderator, Problem Solver,Muallim, Mudarris Mudabbir ,Murabbi Mursyid (referring to Arabic words).

Education Objective

The main objective of education is to prepare the young people with knowledge, skill and competence for their better future. School as a formal body must fulfill and provide facilities to enhance students potential in learning. We must find the solution to ensure students love their school , love their teachers and love their colleague parallel with the government transformation 1 Malaysia.

Change Paradigm

We can make a difference to bring up our school integrity in academic achievements, discipline,co curriculum with a strong combination among teachers, students and Parent teacher Association ( PTA) into reality. Organisation succeed by working with and through their people, not because leaders and managers occupy elevated positions.

School Management

"Management is the process of reaching organisational by working with and through people and other organisational resources". Drucker . School management can be divided into 9 areas such as; organisation management, Curriculum, Co curricular, Discipline, Financial, Offices, School Infrastructure, Human Resources and Community Relationship.

Scared Of Change

People who are scared to move forward and afraid to take risks, always find excuses to justify their behavior. The successful people do not wait for disaster to occur and than blame others for their problems.
