It is not easy to be a good leader. The successful or lethargic organization because of leadership management. The energetic and visionary leader is like a catalyst to enhance organization in all aspects. The leader with futuristic and strategic thinking are able to uphold the organization image and reputation excellently. There are lots of theory regarding leadership pattern was written by authors across the globe but not all the theory can be implementing usefully in organization. The main objective of leadership management is to bring righteous to the society by showing them noble values in all aspect as an epitome of sincere leaders.The successful organization because of responsibility and accountability leader. The phrases boss is always right is no more relevance to the world today. The organization need the boss with always concern to the followers and taking care of their people. The good leaders are concerning on organization development, inspiring subordinates working closely like a family. Everyone love and care their "house" where we are working together to develop human capital building.

The genuine leaders are usually able to read the situation and finding the best solution to overcome the issues in organization. The school organization leaders must have a clear vision to uphold the school culture for conducive learning.The character of leadership style is an icon to the followers and societies surrounding us. The society are too close with school. All eyes are focusing to the teachers and the school administrators. Due to that, the principal or head master must play an important role to ensure the school organization are running smoothly. We are holding the people trust therefore we must be trusted. In the 21 century where technology is rapidly overload in all sectors, the main role of leadership management become tougher and critical.The leader must change the paradigm of thinking to frontier knowledge in all aspect. Thinking beyond territories which is in line with globalization is a must otherwise we are irrelevant to the world. Technology is moving too fast in life. The teaching and learning paradigm with advanced technology will increase knowledge and information widely. The goal achievement plan (GAP) is a terminal point to the leaders. To achieve the GAP, leaders must go down with their people as a good team through es spirit de corps . To push people down, we have to work together with them. As human being we have got to accept the fact people are still not happy with our performance how nice and approachable we are because that's a reality we cannot satisfied all people. Impossible we can get fully support from followers even though our Prophet Muhammad Saw did not get hundred percent support from people during HIS era.

Hypocritical leader
An organization will slowly collapse because of hypocritical leaders. Historically, it was recorded in a decade, the victory and falls of a country due to insincere leadership management. Genuine leaders treat their people equally without bias. They do not smile in front and at the same time kick behind. They do not walk the talk. The organization will be retarded because of leadership mismanagement. Education is a noble profession to educate the people's morale in the right manner. Generally studying and learning may seem similar but if we analyze it deeply, it is totally different . Studying is about collecting and accumulating knowledge as much as possible while learning is a process of changing behaviour through experience. Learning is about changing attitude, shaping character to be a better person. The true learning can make a difference in life. The combination of real knowledge with good practice and strong inner faith will produce excellence and perfection in organization. This is the true indicator of leadership management. Leaders must be good in character clean open heart and transparent . The most important factor is to be sincere in your job. The phrase, "Smile in front and kick behind" is a dangerous threat. It can lead to political instability and may eventually effect the whole nation development. Political stability is an asset to attract visitors and investors to our country.
