SMART ASSESSMENT

One of the most important factors to realize our dreams is to make self assessment. It is helping us to identify weaknesses and strength of work achievement. Introspecting ourselves in all kind of work will determined outcome. Everything we do comes from heart.That's means intention first. Nobody can assist us to make our dreams become reality if we are not really focus on our intention.Students must have very clear intention on studying and learning in school.Teachers must have good intention to teach and educate students wisely to ensure they get proper knowledge. Leaders must have clear intention to the followers to ensure they appreciates and  loyal to them. According to Islam intention means "Innamal 'Amalu Binniat'. Everything we do base on intention.The good intention on work will produce good result and self satisfaction will come along the day.The boss with good intention to their people will increase productivity and they are  more motivated to work.People who have good intention will responsible to their work and never ever blaming others to justify their problem.

Self Assessment

Assessment is the major thing to indicate our result.What I am trying to focus is about self assessment in all field work. Normally people are rarely make themselves assessment. Many people like to pinpoint others because of their failure rather than accepting their fought.That is really true occurs in our daily work.It is very difficult to accept our own weaknesses especially bosses.The Boss is always right should not be apply in this era.People demanding Boss is always concern.The organization become harmful and lethargic because of this situation. People will ignore and work for just  to fulfill their task without caring and love.No sense of belonging and es spirit de corp at all. The good intention is closely related to the character and behaviour of workers to do the job successfully.Our attitude is determine our intention.The quality of work is totally depend on commitment and sincerity which comes from good intention among people.Do all the good we can is a motto of successful people.We are holding the people trust, therefore we must be trusted.Sincerity comes from the bottom of our heart that can be seen through various action such as body language, voice intonation, pretend or genuine smiling and the physical appearance to welcome people.There are a few examples about self assessment that really connecting to our daily work.

Smart Assessment

Smart is specific, measurable, achievable, reliable and time-bound (Smart). The word smart has been using almost in organizational body as a key performance indicator to measure the achievement target.Smart can be a guideline of framework to achieve goals.It is a strategy to foresee the leadership management and administration on the right track.We also can use STAR-Specific, task, action, result to be implement in all sectors. We want result and outcome with high quality product to serve people. Satisfaction is the important key to measure our work. In school or Universities for example, the quality and excellent lecturers,tutors or teachers will produce good students with good morale values as a symbol of erudite scholars.The smart assessment is an approach considering every single part in organization to enhance the quality improvement with new added value.The organization cannot stand alone without cooperation and team work.The first option is to motivate human resources to love the job and strictly accepting the work chart without enforcement by authorities.Naturally people don't like to be monitor,observed, supervise or examined because everyone need privacy and more important for self dignity.This is what I had earlier mention on intention.We must recheck and re-correct our action continuously to improve our honesty,sincerity to realize good intention in all kind of work.
