Rupanya aku telah bersara

Perjalananan masa terlalu cepat berlalu meninggalkan manusia. Pergantian waktu dari siang ke malam menambah bilangan hari menjadi mingguan dan bulanan tanpa kita sedari genapnya putaran selama 365 hari setahun. Demikian juga dengan perjalanan hidup manusia, bermula di alam roh, menuju alam rahim, keluar ke dunia untuk tempoh tertentu kemudian kembali lagi ke dalam bumi untuk persiapan menuju suatu tempat yang paling "jauh" iaitu Mahsyar untuk menerima pembalasan atau hukuman dari Allah SWT  semasa hidup di dunia. Oleh kerana pentingnya masa dalam kehidupan manusia, Allah bersumpah " Demi masa sesungguhnya manusia berada dalam kerugian, kecuali bagi mereka yang beramal soleh dan berpesan-pesan dengan kebenaran". Demikian penegasan Al Qur'an Al Kareem mengenai masa. Setiap ibadah yang tidak mengikut masa tidak di terima oleh Allah. Solat telah di tetapkan waktunya , demikian juga puasa, zakat fitrah  mengerjakan Haji dan Umrah.Semua peraturan mengenai pelaksanaan syarat dan rukun telah ditetapkan Tuhan yang di perincikan melalui Hadith Nabi Muhammad Saw untuk menuntun umat mencari kebenaran.

OIC kutuk serangan pengganas di Arab Saudi

KUALA LUMPUR: Pertubuhan Kerjasama Islam (OIC) mengutuk sekeras-kerasnya serangan pengganas di tiga bandar raya Arab Saudi semalam yang meragut nyawa empat pegawai keselamatan dan menyebabkan lima orang cedera.

Setiausaha agungnya, Iyad Ameen Madani, berkata mereka yang melakukan, merancang atau menyokong serangan itu begitu terdesak dalam tindakan mereka hingga sanggup menjejaskan keselamatan dan kestabilan Arab Saudi serta rantau itu dan dunia Islam amnya. 

"Seseorang yang membunuh diri, melakukan pembunuhan dan keganasan terhadap manusia yang tidak bersalah serta melakukannya pula pada bulan Ramadan yang mulia dan di Al-Madinah Al Munawwarah, berhampiran Masjid Nabawi, bukanlah orang Islam sebenar serta tidak memiliki sedikit pun nilai-nilai keIslaman," katanya dalam satu kenyataan.

Pengebom bunuh diri itu menjadikan Jeddah, sebuah masjid di Qatif dan satu pusat pemeriksaan keselamatan berhampiran Masjid Nabawi di Madinah sebagai sasaran mereka.

Madani berkata jenayah yang dilakukan itu bertentangan sepenuhnya dengan ciri-ciri seorang manusia sebenar.

"Pengganas seperti itu semata-mata menjadi alat durjana, yang langsung tidak mempunyai perasaan dan rasional serta diperkudakan oleh mereka yang menganjurkan radikalisme, kekacauan dan keganasan," katanya.

Madani juga mengucapkan takziah kepada keluarga mangsa dan berdoa agar mereka yang cedera akan segera sembuh.

Beliau yakin pihak berkuasa Arab Saudi akan dapat menangkap saki baki mereka yang terlibat dengan keganasan itu dan membawa mereka ke muka pengadilan serta mendedahkan siapa sekutu mereka.

Madani mengulangi perpaduan penuh OIC dengan kepimpinan, kerajaan dan rakyat Arab Saudi dalam semua langkah yang diambil bagi memerangi keganasan melalui pendekatan menyeluruh, termasuk dari segi politik, ekonomi, sosial dan intelektual.

Beliau juga memuji kepekaan dan kecekapan agensi keselamatan Arab Saudi yang "berjaya menggagalkan dan menentang serangan pengganas itu".

Madani turut mengulangi pendirian tegas OIC yang menolak keganasan dalam semua bentuk dan manifestasinya.

Explosion heard in Saudi Arabian city of Qatif, body parts seen - witness

RIYADH (Reuters) - Suicide bombers struck three cities across Saudi Arabia on Monday, killing at least four security officers in an apparently coordinated campaign of attacks as Saudis prepared to break their fast on the penultimate day of the holy month of Ramadan.

The explosions targeting U.S. diplomats, Shi'ite worshippers and a security headquarters at a mosque in the holy city of Medina followed days of mass killings claimed by the Islamic State group in Turkey, Bangladesh and Iraq. The attacks all seem to have been timed to coincide with the approach of Eid al-Fitr, the holiday that celebrates the end of the Islamic holy month.

A suicide bomber detonated a bomb at a parking lot outside the Prophet's Mosque in Medina, the second-holiest site in Islam, a Saudi security spokesman told state news agency SPA.

"Security men noticed a suspicious person among those approaching the Prophet's Mosque in an open area used as parking lots for visitors' cars. As they confronted him, he blew himself up with an explosive belt, which resulted in his death and the martyrdom of four of the security men," the spokesman said.

Five other officers were wounded, the statement added.

A Saudi security official said an attacker parked a car near the U.S. consulate in Jeddah before detonating the device.

A video sent to Reuters by a witness to the aftermath of the Medina bombing showed a large blaze among parked cars in the fading evening light, with the sound of sirens in the background. A picture sent to Reuters showed a burnt and bleeding man lying on a stretcher in a hospital.

Other pictures circulating on social media showed dark smoke billowing from flames near the Mosque of the Prophet, originally built in the 7th century by the Prophet Muhammad, who is buried there along with his first two successors.

In Qatif, an eastern city that is home to many members of the Shi'ite minority, at least one and possibly two explosions struck near a Shi'ite mosque. The security spokesman said the body of a bomber and two other people have been identified, without providing any more details.

A resident of the city reached by telephone said there were believed to be no casualties there apart from the attacker, as worshippers had already gone home to break their fasts. Civil defence forces were cleaning up the area and police were investigating, the resident said.

A video circulating on social media and purporting to show the aftermath of a Qatif blast showed an agitated crowd on a street, with a fire raging near a building and a bloody body part lying on the ground. Reuters could not immediately verify the video.

Hours earlier a suicide bomber was killed and two people were wounded in a blast near the U.S. Consulate in the kingdom's second city, Jeddah.

The Jeddah blast was the first bombing in years to attempt to target foreigners in the kingdom. There was no immediate claim of responsibility.

Authorities identified the attacker as a 34-year-old Pakistani driver named Abdullah Qalzar Khan, who lived with his wife and family in the city.

An official of the U.S. State Department said no American citizens or consulate staff were hurt in the Jeddah blast. He said the United States was aware of reports of explosions in Qatif and Medina and would monitor the situation closely.

He said the State Department encouraged U.S. citizens in Saudi Arabia "to be aware of their surroundings, and keep security and situational awareness levels high."

Islamic State has carried out a series of bombing and shooting attacks in Saudi Arabia since mid-2014 that have killed scores of people, mostly members of the Shi'ite Muslim minority and security services.

Police and groups of local volunteers increased security near mosques in Qatif after suicide bombings hit mosques in Shi'ite areas last year, killing dozens. Another suicide blast at a mosque used by security forces killed 15 a year ago.

The top Saudi clerical body condemned the attacks.

"They are renegades from the (true) religion who have left behind the Muslim flock and their imam, violating all sanctities," the Secretariat of the Council of Senior Scholars said in a statement.

"They have no religion," it added.

John Maxwell had said " The proof of leadership is found in the followers" . The statement may be true or may not be true. But according to experience, the excellent leadership will determined successful in organization. There are lots of theories was written by authors across the world regarding leadership and management style in organizations and corporate sectors to enhance people working productively. Productivity is a symbol of progress to indicate the out come.The main role of leaders is to create social awareness among people. The successful or lethargic organization because of leadership style. Leaders can built and leaders also can destroy. Therefore it is not easy to be a good leader, good manager, good administrator to run the company or organization in the right track . The true leader will sincere to the people. They treat them like a family, working progressively to achieve the goals. Leaders with noble values love and care their followers. They do not make tense in work office although they are not satisfied with the several issues that was circulating around. The main objective of leadership management is to ensure the organization and company are able to produce quality services or product to fulfill the people need.

Knowledgeable leaders 

The world is moving and technology development is growing surprisingly in every second and hours. Today, people needs everything to be fast in order to reduce their burden. Therefore Leaders must have knowledge, skills , competence and wisdom to run the organization well.

At least 32 killed in suicide bomb attack at Istanbul airport

ISTANBUL: A triple suicide bombing and gun attack at Istanbul’s Ataturk airport killed at least 32 people and left scores wounded, in the latest deadly strike to rock Turkey’s biggest city.         

The attackers began spraying bullets at airport guards at the terminal entrance and a shootout erupted before they blew themselves up one by one at around 10:00 pm (1900 GMT) Tuesday, Turkish authorities said.                

The private Dogan news agency said the attackers had killed at least 32 people -- including two police officers -- and wounded 88 others.

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan called for an international “joint fight“ against terror after the attack, the fourth deadly bombing in Istanbul this year alone.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack, which prompted the suspension of all flights at Turkey’s busiest airport.

Istanbul Governor Vasip Sahin said three suicide bombers had carried out the attack, striking during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.

Security camera footage widely circulated on social media appeared to capture two of the blasts. In one clip a huge ball of flame erupts at an entrance to the terminal building, scattering terrified passengers.

Another video shows a black-clad attacker running inside the building before collapsing to the ground -- apparently felled by a police bullet -- and blowing himself up.

Witnesses described scenes of panic as the blasts hit, while images on social media showed passengers lying on the floor and luggage trolleys overturned.

“It was very strong, everyone panicked and started running in all directions,” one witness told CNN Turk.

Security staff yelled at passengers as they rushed to evacuate them from the airport.

Police set up a security cordon around the site, while a dozen ambulances rushed to the scene.

IS suspected

Turkey has been hit by a string of deadly attacks in the past year, blamed on both Kurdish rebels and the Islamic State (IS) jihadist group.

The Turkish airport attack also follows coordinated suicide bombings at Brussels airport and a city metro station in March that left 32 people dead.

Brussels airport tweeted its condolences, saying: “Our thoughts are with the victims of the attacks at @istanbulairport.

“We wish them, their relatives > all airport staff strength > courage.”

Dogan news agency cited police sources indicating IS is believed to have played a role, though Turkish officials said it was too early to confirm a link.

Security expert Abdullah Agar told CNN Turk the attack bore the hallmarks of a jihadist attack.    “It really bears a resemblance to their methods,” he said in reference to the Brussels bombings, which were claimed by IS.

The US and French consulates warned people to stay away from the area, while Turkish officials said flights would be cancelled until at least 8:00 am on Wednesday.

Erdogan call

After the airport carnage, Erdogan met with his prime minister and military chief.

“We urge the world, especially Western countries, to take a firm stand against terrorism,” Erdogan said in a statement.

“Despite paying a heavy price, Turkey has the power, determination and capacity to continue the fight against terrorism until the end.”

Istanbul, a major tourism hub that is home to some 15 million people, has suffered a series of attacks in recent months, including a bombing in the heart of the tourist district that killed a dozen German visitors and was blamed on IS.

Two months later, three Israelis and an Iranian were killed in a bombing on the city’s main Istiklal shopping street, also blamed on IS.

A blast on the tarmac at Istanbul’s other international airport, Sabiha Gokcen, killed a cleaner and wounded another in December, damaging several planes.

Located just outside Turkey’s biggest city, Ataturk airport served more than 60 million passengers in 2015, making it one of the busiest in the world.

Turkey has been hit by at least five attacks blamed on IS jihadists, including a blast in Ankara in October 2015 that left over 100 dead, though the group has never formally claimed responsibility for an attack in Turkey.

Turkey was long accused by its Western partners of turning a blind eye to the dangers posed by IS but has in recent months considerably stepped up police raids on the group’s cells in the country.

Ankara has meanwhile launched a sustained offensive against the outlawed rebel Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) following the collapse of a ceasefire last year.
