The chemical process in human body working continuously even we are sleeping. The coordination system play an important role to stabilize our  body structure at all the time. The human body consist of several system which is connecting to each other to produce energy for life. The Muscular system consist of three main organs -bone, muscle and joints to maintain our body posture in good position. Our body is  fully supports  by skeleton to protect the internal organs from injuries.There are about  207 bones in human  skeleton which is very important  to control, supports, movement and protection on our brain.

Budget 2016: Highlights

KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak tabled Budget 2016 in the Dewan Rakyat on Friday.

Najib, who is also Finance Minister, said the theme of the 2016 Budget is “Prospering the Rakyat”.

The following are the highlights of his speech:

* RM267.2bil has been allocated under Budget 2016, compared with the revised RM260.7bil in 2015.

* There will be nine high-impact domestic projects worth RM6.7bil in total.

* The first priority of Budget 2016 is to spur domestic investment to contribute 26.7% to the GDP in 2016.

* The Budget aims to increase private investment to RM218.6bil and public investment to RM112.2mil.

* The GST sum is to be credited into value of prepaid reloads from Jan 1 next year.

* Personal income tax pushed to 26% from 25% for those earning between RM600,000 to RM1mil. Income tax is also pushed up to 28pc from 25% for those earning RM1mil and above.

* RM900mil is proposed for the Jalan Tun Razak Traffic Dispersal Project to reduce congestion in the city.

* RM200mil will be allocated to improve roads in Felda settlements.

* RM1.2bil is allocated to improve Internet speeds, from 5mbps to 20mbps.

* RM1.4bil will be spent to improve 700km of road all around the country.

* RM67mil is allocated for bus operation routes outside the city.

* Tourism is expected to contribute RM103bil to the economy. E-Visa for seven countries (China, India, Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka, United States and Canada) to be launched in mid-2016.

* RM5.3bil is allocated to modernise farming.

* RM28 billion is allocated for new MRT projects.

* From Jan 2016, RM100 will be given in schooling aid to students from households with a monthly income of RM3,000 and below.

* RM250 1Malaysia book vouchers will be available for 1.2mil students.

* RM930mil is allocated to the Youth and Sports Ministry, with RM145mil set aside for training athletes.

* BR1M to continue for 4.7 million households

* The Pan-Borneo Sarawak Highway, which is set to be completed in 2021, will be toll-free.

* RM100 million is to be provided by Communications & Multimedia Ministry for eRezeki, eUsahawan programmes which is expected to benefit some 100,000 people.

* The Budget aims for 30% women involvement at decision-making levels in both public and private sectors.

* RM360mil is proposed to improve National Service, with RM160mil allocated for non-governmental organisations.

* All domestic economy class flights will be exempted from GST for rural folk.

* RM1.6bil is allocated for the construction of 175,000 units of PR1MA homes. 10,000 units are expected to be completed next year.

* TEKUN to provide RM600mil + RM500mil for Bumiputras and RM100mil for Indian entrepreneurs.

* RM90mil in micro-credit loans allocated for Chinese SME traders and businessmen, including RM50mil for KOJADI (MCA’s investment & education arm).

* RM300mil is proposed to improve the welfare and development of the Orang Asli community. RM45mil is also set aside to assist with extra food, pocket money and school transport fees for the Orang Asli community.

* The minimum starting salary in the civil service is set at RM1,200 a month from July 2016. The move is expected to benefit some 60,000 civil servants.

* From July 2016, the minimum pension rate is set at RM950 a month for pensioners with at least 25 years of service.

* A payment of RM500 for all civil servants and RM250 is allocated for Government retirees to help with cost of living.

* The Government will allocate a BR1M payout of RM400 to unmarried persons above 21 with incomes below RM2,000. A BR1M payout of RM1,050 is also set aside for those with incomes below RM1,000 and RM1,000 (for those with incomes below RM3,000), RM800 (for those with incomes below RM4,000).

* In terms of income tax, relief for each child below 18 years of age is increased to RM2,000 from RM1,000 from year of assessment 2016.

* Tax relief for individual taxpayers whose spouse has no income is increased to RM4,000 from RM3,000.

* Children supporting their parents, even if not living together with their parents, to get tax relief of RM1500 (for the mother) and RM1,500 (for the father), if the parents are above 60 years of age.

* Parents of disabled children get RM6,000 tax relief and up to RM14,000 if their child furthers his or her studies.

* Tax exemption of RM8,000 instead of RM6,000 is also set aside for every child above 18 years of age in an education institution, both local and overseas.

Friday Assembly

In once a week Muslim around the world will assemble the Friday prayer at the mosque wchich is obligatory to all Muslimin adult without excuses except for those who are really  unable to perform the duty. According to Islam Friday is not a good day but this day is a mother of all days. Friday is a special day to all Muslim. During lectures, Imam always remind us on Taqwa which is mean surrender, loyal obedience, peace, sincerity and submission worshiping Allah without skeptism. Allah is the ONE we worship and to HIM we will returned. Taqwa is close related to the human character as a true worshiper.  Taqwa can be translate into INTEGRITY as a symbol of intellectual behaviour. The noble values should be practicing wisely in all kind of relationship among people as an epitome of a true worshiper. The main objective of praying is to get blessing from Allah by washing our sins like a new born baby. The real Solah is like a catalyst to the mankind. Solah can change our life style to be a better Muslim. Allah Swt says in the holy Al Qur'an " Muqiimassolah" . Consistency in Solah without fail in what ever condition Solah  is a must. Praise be to Allah The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful giving us a chance to continue our life.

The Buk Missile Which Shot Down Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 Last Year

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 13 (Bernama) -- Here is an insight into the Buk surface-to-air missile system which carries the 9N314M-type warhead that was used to shoot down the Malaysia Airlines (MAS) Flight MH17 in eastern Ukraine last year.

The missile, which was developed by the Soviet Union and introduced in 1979 comprises a command vehicle, target acquisition radar and several rocket vehicles.

According to the Dutch Safety Board report, the missile is an air defence system consisting of different components in various models and configuration.

"The warhead of this weapon system is filled with an explosive charge surrounded by two layers of preformed fragments.

"A Buk surface-to-air missile system can reach an altitude of 80,000 feet (24.4km). This altitude far exceeds the altitude of 33,000 feet (10.1km) at which Flight MH17 was flying," said the board in its 20-page summary report on the MH17 crash.

The report was made available online via its website at http://cdn.onderzoeksraad.nl/documents/brochure-mh17-crash-en.pdf today.

The Dutch Safety Board reported that the particles found in the doomed aircraft and in the bodies of three of the crew members consisted of unalloyed steel.

It said the particles were cube and bow-tie shaped.

"The number of impacts, the distribution pattern and the shape of the high-energy objects that were found are consistent with the pre-shaped fragments in the warhead of the 9N314M model," it said.

According to news agency Deutsche Presse Agenture (DPA) which quoted the London-based International Institute for Strategic Studies, the Ukrainian Army last year owned more than 60 Buk-M1 systems.

In contrast, Ukraine recently claimed it no longer owned any Buk system while Russia had around 350 systems of various types, said DPA.

The pro-Russian rebels in eastern Ukraine were also reported to have possessed Buk missiles, said the news agency.

Flight MH17 was shot down in a tense area of Ukraine near the Russian border on July 17, last year. All 283 passengers and 15 crew onboard the Boeing 777 aircraft, which was en route to Kuala Lumpur from Amsterdam, perished.

Muslim World Fate

The world today are not peaceful and secure to the people. What we see and what we heard on the television screen almost every night are focusing on people's dilemma in Middle East, the Rohingnya in Myanmar and several part around the world. Why the world look like this ? The currently issues is about Syrian, Palestinians,Yemenis, Egyptian  and several Islamic countries such as Iraq, Libya  in critical situation. The war is never ever ending causing  a lot of damage to the country and killing too many deaths of innocent children and eldest. Million of people had been force to leave their country because of war. What happen to the world society today, bombing and killing people everywhere. There are no other word to described our heartiest  sadness  when million refugees struggling themselves to sacrifice good life for food and drink, live in a poor tent without proper accommodation. Can we imagine how difficult to survive their life and for sure the children leave with undernourished.This is a real world  in the 21 century where people claiming as a modern civilization. I do not have an accurate record to share with my beloved readers but according to the news there are more than two hundred thousand people were killed during the Syrian crisis. The latest news we heard bomb blast in Ankara the capital Turkey three days ago killing about 86 people and injuring more than two hundred civilians. This is a real scenario happen to the world society because of suspicious , anger  and paranoia to the people.

United Nation role

United Nation (UN) is responsible  on security and maintaining peaceful  among countries on the globe, but the UN can't do much to stop the aggressor from brutally invasion.  History was recorded, the crisis between Israel and Palestine is never ever ending since 1948 where the immigrants from several part in Europe migrated to Palestine and than claim the land are theirs. Today Palestine become smaller and shrinking because of Israelis brutal invasions. What happen to the young and eldest Palestinians. Are they secure and safe at home? The answer is absolutely antagonistic. Children in Palestine never aspect they can playing, studying and learning in peace and harmony like other people.The Israelis invasions to the land never stop until they can conquer the whole Gaza and West Bank territory. The Arab country not much help  to support our brothers and sisters to defend their belongings. The Islamic countries should not hands-off  to overcome the conflict between Israel and Palestine. Historically, Palestine is part of Arab peninsula situated near Jordan, border of  Egypt and Syria. Palestine is a holy land because of  Masjidil Aqsa, a symbol  of  the third holy mosque in Islam, where our beloved Prophet Muhammad Saw (p.b.u.h) performed Solah during HIS miracle journey from Mecca to Al Aqsa Mosque.  Palestine is a strategic country situated closely to the Mediterranean Sea. Israel with arrogance of power was ignore and depriving the Palestinian land brutally.

Crisis in Syria

Million refugees migrated to Turkey and several other countries such as Germany, United Kingdom and European countries on humanity factors. Some of them died because of too hunger, thirsty, lack of health and fail to get proper treatment.This is the critical situation happening to our brothers and sisters across the globe. The world leaders should not be silence and close their eyes due to the critical situation. The victory or fall country because of insincere leadership management. Iraq after Saddam Hussein was totally destroyed and few years later Libya under Muaamar Gadafi also damaged after the Super Power country used their machinery to destroy the country and killing  both leaders. What is the main reason they hate and invasion Libya and Iraq? It is too much difference with the crisis in Syria under Basyar Al Asad. What is so special Basyar's regime to the Super Power country compare to other Muslim countries? The Muslim countries are in critical crisis. The whole life was totally cripples because of arrogance and greedy power. What happen to Yemen ? Who actually behind the crisis? Where are Muslim solidarity? Why Muslim are labeling extremist and terrorist ? Make it our world safe and free to the people. Do not differentiate people and treat them equally as human being. O Allah The Most Merciful, the Most Gracious we raise up our hand to get blessing from YOU, protect every single Muslim, our brothers and sisters from  despotic cruelty regime. Ameen.

Avoid Wrong Doing

Life is too fragile , easy come and easy go like touch and go. Thankful to Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful still giving us a chance to continue our life. As a slave we should be grateful to Allah, our Maker blessing us with good health and wealthy of life to perform our duty and worshiping HIM at all the time. O Allah the Creator of the Universe we cannot stand alone without your guidance to the straight path to strengthen our inner faith. Blessing and salutation to the beloved Prophet  Muhammad Saw (p,b.u.h) the messenger of Allah who bring the light to the people. If we are sincerely trying to analyzing deeply on human life with open heart and honest we will get the real truth on Allah creations. We may ask ourselves what for Allah creates us?  Why we are here? Where we want to go and How to be a good human being. Allah Swt shaping mankind from a little drop of sperm during penetration and mix together with ovum which is carrying genetic and chromosome as a basic unit of life. That is the early creation of human reproduction. Allah Swt is really GREAT. Biologically the whole process of human body was beautifully design by The Creator. Can we imagine how structured Allah organized the human body which contain of cells into tissue and organs. Our body consist of more than 50,000 million cells  which is divided into four categories such as tissues, epithelial, connective,nervous and muscular.  How many people are really appreciate and grateful to Allah the Almighty due to  the miracle creation?   Do we agree everything happen in the world are  accidentally? The answer is absolutely untruth.

Self Assessment

It is not so difficult to find the truth. Allah Swt create mankind with complete body mind and soul to face challenging in life. Nobody knows their fate in future whether they are lucky or bad. Allah Swt remind us not to do the wrong doing in all kind of work. Al Qur'an Al Kareem and Al Hadith is a true guideline to determine our daily life. Good people always make self assessment to ensure they are not corrupting  themselves with  the bad things. We need Allah to show us  the correct way and to stay far away from Evil. Allah says Satan is a real enemy to the mankind. Satan always interrupt our faith to against the rule. O Allah please strengthen our inner faith to submit our loyal only to YOU. How to get blessing from Allah? Of course we have to get close to HIM by praying, reciting Al Qur'an continuously, practicing good values, sincere and humble to the people,submission and totally obedience to Allah, our MAKER. Our mind is like a computer where hard disk is an important part to install data from corrupted. Once hard disk was not functioning  well, the whole components are interrupted than we cannot captured the information. Allah Swt installing  human brain with three major organs. MEDULLA OBLONGATA ,CEREBRUM and CELLEBLUM. These three organel situated in the Central Nervous System familiar known CNS to control our sense and memory. Scientifically the chemical process in human body never ever stop working to produce energy for life. Allah Swt provide us with multi vitamin, carbohydrat, protein, fat and mineral from food, vegetables and fruits for human growth.

Komunikasi Maya

Abad moden yang ditandai dengan kemunculan pelbagai medium komunikasi  menjadi indikator kemajuan sesebuah negara. Masyarakat dunia secara global mahukan sesuatu berita dengan cepat pantas dan tepat melalui maya. Orang lebih gemar berinteraksi melalui fb, instagram, whatsApp melalui telefon bimbit (smartphone) yang dirangkaikan dengan  berbagai enjin pencari seperti Google, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox dan  Explorer untuk mendapatkan maklumat mengenai perkembangan yang berlaku di seluruh dunia. Jika dalam beberapa dekad dahulu manusia berhubung melalui surat dan  telegram, kini medium tersebut telah tidak menjadi pilihan lagi.Perkembangan awal telefon selular bermula di Eropah lebih tiga dasawarsa yang lalu tepatnya awal 1980an. Paradigma minda manusia yang sentiasa berkembang menjadi tanda ukur kemajuan sesebuah negara melalui penciptaan pelbagai  inovasi baharu bertujuan memudah dan meringankan kerja. Sejarah peradaban manusia sentiasa berkembang  selari dengan perkembangan ilmu dan teknologi, penguasaan pelbagai kemahiran yang memerlukan kecekapan dalam pengurusan. Kecekapan bermaksud mampu mentadbir dan mengurus sumber tenaga dengan berhemah untuk keperluan negara. Penjanaan tenaga elektrik umpamanya semakin meningkat dan pastinya tarif yang di kenakan kepada pengguna juga tidak pernah berkurang. Inilah harga yang perlu di bayar untuk menikmati keselesaan. Penggunaan sumber elektrik sebagai pembekal tenaga untuk kegiatan harian perlu di jana setiap saat untuk memastikan tidak terputus bekalan sehingga merugi dan menjejaskan reputasi negara terutama kepada pelabur.

Jana ekonomi 

Kadar pertumbuhan ekonomi sesebuah negara bergantung kepada banyak faktor. Kestabilan politik menjadi tunjang utama untuk memakmurkan ekonomi dan pendapatan rakyat. Kekayaan sumber asli seperti petroleum, gas, timah, balak, kelapa sawit  dan getah tidak akan memberikan pulangan yang berganda seandainya kestabilan pemerintahan tergugat. Kekuatan pasaran mata wang dunia juga turut mempengaruhi ekonomi sesebuah negara. Dalam dunia moden yang tidak bersempadan perkembangan dan peristiwa yang berlaku terlalu cepat tersebar ke segenap pelosok dunia. Orang sekarang menyebut viral. Jika permainan spekulasi digembar gembur terhadap sesuatu isu juga turut mempengaruhi pasaran ekonomi dunia kendatipun masih boleh di pertikaikan keabsahannya.  Komunikasi maya  mempunyai impak positif dan negatif yang menuntut pencerapan pemikiran secara ilmiah daripada setiap pelanggan dan pengguna sebelum menjadi viral secara elektronik. Apabila kita menyebut maya bermakna peranan pelayar internet perlu berhat-hati menyampaikan maklumat secara akurat kerana medium ini terdedah kepada semua orang yang dengan mudah mengakseskan di mana sahaja mereka berada.Komunikasi secara elektronik sebenarnya menguntungkan manusia dalam banyak segi, hubungan anak dengan ibu ayah umpamanya walau pun terpisah ribuan batu mereka boleh berkomunikasi secara skype untuk melepaskan rindu masing-masing.Sahabat dan rakan taulan yang terpisah puluhan tahun juga dapat dipertemukan kembali menerusi komunikasi maya. Penggunaaan medium maya secara profesional, berintegriti dan bertanggungjawab menjadi parameter kejujuran intelektual,masyarakat dan negara dalam membina masa depan yang lebih cemerlang.

Memanfaat digital 

Kewujudan teknologi digital secara global yang lebih popular dengan 3 W iaitu " World Wide Web " memudahkan manusia berinteraksi secara maya dengan hanya menyentuh kekunci pada skrin komputer untuk  mencari maklumat dan berkomunikasi secara effisien. Perkhidmatan yang di sediakan oleh internet  sangat mustahak  kepada pengguna yang dibangunkan melalui  HTML  iaitu  HyperText  Markup Language , merangkumi teks dan maklumat  untuk pembangunan laman web. Pelopor utama dalam pembangunan WWW ialah melalui penyelidikan yang di lakukan oleh Institute CERN  Geneva "European Council for Nuclear Research. ( ref: computer technology ms 187) sebelum digunakan secara meluas ke seluruh dunia. Abad digital yang sedang kita alami sekarang terus berkembang dengan inovasi baharu yang memungkinkan terciptanya kenderaan tanpa pemandu yang boleh diprogramkan untuk memudahkan manusia. Jika WAZE boleh dijadikan penunjuk arah pemanduan, tidak mustahil manusia mampu mencipta teknologi kenderaan tanpa pemandu. Abad digital menyaksikan pengurusan kewangan dan pentadbiran diurus secara online yang boleh dilakukan di mana saja  melalui akaun bank yang dikodkan secara rahsia untuk melindungi data pengguna. Kemajuan teknologi yang berpaksikan komunikasi maya untuk menjalin kerjasama dalam kalangan ahli perniagaan dan usahawan seharusnya menjadi pemangkin memaksimakan produktiviti negara.Memanfaatkan kemudahan digital untuk diaplikasi dalam urusan harian memberi dampak positif untuk mengurangkan beban manusia.

Only Port Dickson Records Unhealthy Air Quality

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 7 (Bernama) -- Air quality nationwide has improved as of 9 am today except for Port Dickson in Negeri Sembilan which recorded an air pollutant index (API) reading of 104.

The Department of Environment stated in its portal that 36 areas recorded moderate API readings including Langkawi (99); Bandaraya Melaka (98); Bukit Rambai (97); Pasir Gudang and Banting (93); Sri Manjung (92); Larkin Lama (91); Port Klang (86); and Kangar (84).

Other areas in the same API category are Seberang Jaya 2, Perai and Kuala Terengganu (80); Shah Alam (79); Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang (78); Putrajaya and Balok Baru, Kuantan (77); Kemaman (75); and Sekolah Kebangsaan Jalan Pegoh, Ipoh (72).

Meanwhile, 14 areas in Sabah and Sarawak recorded good air quality with API readings of between 28 and 49.

An API reading of 0 to 50 indicates good air quality; 51 to 100, moderate; 101 to 200, unhealthy; 201 to 300, very unhealthy; and 300 and above, hazardous.

Perlakuan alam silih berganti

Mengikut musim putaran iklim

Jerebu melanda belum berhenti

Kerana manusia berlaku zalim

Panorama alam bertukar kelabu

Cahaya matahari terperangkap debu

Lemas dan lesu seluruh qalbu

Sistem penghadaman terasa sebu

Setiap peristiwa yang berlaku

Pasti ada hikmah tersembunyi

Bumi menangis langit membeku

Margasatwa hutan sepi bernyanyi

Asap beracun memenuhi angkasa

Lemasnya hidung pedihnya mata

Siksa tertanggung sepanjang masa

Anak anak kecil terus menderita

Memberi isyarat punahnya kehidupan
Hutan dan lahan semakin berkurang
Terjaminkah nasib generasi masa depan.
